Second day of work on the Allotment

These photos are from our second day's work on the allotment. The first patch has been dug out (very thick clay so sweaty work) and the compost bin is in place. All the existing Allotment holders have been very helpful so far. I'd also like to comment on the cheeky/friendly (delete as appropriate) Blackbird which practically sits on my feet waiting for some tasty grubs to be unearthed with the Fielding spade.
